To create a new Email Account choose the Tools menu, and go into the Email Accounts menu option below.

Select the Add a new e-mail account option, and clicking Next.

Select the appropriate Mail Server type (usually POP3) and click Next.

Enter the name you would like to appear on your emails.
Enter the full email address provided by the ISP.
Enter the Incoming Mail Server as provided by the ISP.
Enter the outgoing (SMTP) server as provided by the ISP.
Enter the account name used to log in and check mail as specified by the ISP.
Enter the password used for this email account.
If your ISP uses SPA (Secure Password Authentication) for outgoing email, check the box labled Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
Once all the information has been entered, you can proceed by clicking Next.

You have completed the setup, and can begin using Outlook XP by clicking Finish.
