To create a new Email Account choose the Tools menu below amd select the Accounts menu option below.
Proceed by selecting the Add button.
This page welcomes you to the setup process. Just click Next to continue.
Enter the name you would like to appear on your emails. This can be any name you choose, your full name or a nickname. This name will appear in emails that you send.
Enter the email address assigned to your by your ISP.
Continue by clicking Next.
The following step of the Incredimail setup attempts to locate the server settings for this email address online. I have yet to see it work. If you see this screen for more than a second, just hit Skip.
On this step we will enter the server settings for our email account. These settings are provided by the ISP.
• Enter the address for the incoming mail server. This is provided by your ISP.
• Enter the address for the Outgoing mail server. This is provided by your ISP.
• If all of the settings match the information provided by your ISP, you may proceed by clicking Next.
On this step we will enter the account settings for our email account. These settings are provided by the ISP.
• Enter your account name. This is provided by your ISP.
• Enter your password for this email account and proceed by clicking Finish.
Close the Wizard by clicking OK.
