To create a new Email Account choose the Tools menu, then select Options.
All of the Email account settings are configured through this Options window, under Getting Started.
• Enter the name you would like to appear on your emails.
• Enter the full email address provided by the ISP.
• Enter the Incoming Mail Server as provided by the ISP.
• Enter the account name used to log in and check mail as specified by the ISP.
• Enter the outgoing (SMTP) server as provided by the ISP.
If your ISP uses SPA (Secure Password Authentication) for outgoing email, check the box labled Allow Authentication. If you're not sure, ask your ISP's tech support.
When you're done, click OK to close the Options window, and your new email account is all set up.
