Comments I\'ve used only four ISPs in the last 20 years. AT&T Yahoo was the worst service of all four. Juno was OK but when I wanted to stop the service they transferred me FOUR times before they would process my termination request!! I vowed I would never use them again. When AT&T advised me they were raising their rates from 9.95 to 15.95 (60%), that was it. I searched the net for ISPs in my area and found toast. I read several reviews and there were a few people who had a bad experience with Toast. But I decided to give them a try. It\'s been 4 months now and I am really pleased with the service. I gave them 5 stars for Speed and Performance because they offer the Accelerator at no charge and it DOES make a difference!! I will probably change from the monthly to annual plan and save even more money. Happy, happy, happy!
