Comments I have been a customer of toast.net for about five years. For the first four years I was very happy with their service. I even recommended then to a few friends. During the past year though they have really gone down hill. It used to be that you could call them and get a human on the second or third ring. Now they have a real "cable company" feel to their service. Waiting on hold for 5-15 minutes now appears to be the norm. Being fed up with them, i found another isp (not sure if they are any better yet). I went to cancel my service on their website on the first of the month and was surprised to be informed that they planned to charge me for the whole month. I called them and after several minutes on hold was told that it was in the terms of service, tough luck! If this seems as crazy to you as it does to me, find another isp.
